C⋆｡𖦹°⭒˚｡⋆♡ PAYMENT ♡. Payment will be made in USD currency via Cash App or wallet. I will accept no other form of payment. Once your commission request is accepted and payment is made, you will receive an invoice to your provided email.. Payment must be made in full before moving forward with the drawing process.. If you have cancelled the commission before I have started on the sketch, I will issue a full refund.. If I am not able to complete the artwork halfway through due to personal affairs, a partial refund will be issued on a 50/50 basis.. Fully completed commissions will not be refunded under any circumstances.. Requested changes accepted after the commission is completed will be an extra charge x2. Each commission is limited to 1 request change.♡ COMMISSION PROCESS ♡. Please inform me beforehand if you need the artwork done by a certain date so I can approve the commission if it aligns with my schedule.. Clients are to be sent a sketch/concept of the artwork for approval; changes to be made (regarding pose, layout, coloring, etc) will only be acceptable in this stage.. Things I WILL draw: Fanart, OC's, Character Sheets, Minor gore and Blood, and Suggestive content.. Things I WILL NOT draw: NSFW, mecha/robotic characters, realism, armor, furry art, and excessive gore/violence.. The completion time for each commission may vary, as each drawing can take up to 10-20+ hours, depending on its complexity, as I may be working on multiple commissions at once. It may take anywhere between 2 weeks to a month. For this reason, it is crucial to mention the urgency of your commission beforehand so I can work on that first.. Please refrain from excessively messaging me about the status of your commission. I will inform you of any delays or if additional time is needed.♡ USAGE RIGHTS ♡. You may use your commission for personal usage ONLY, such as profile icons, web banners, page decorations, etc.. You MAY NOT use your commission for commercial purposes, merch, or any profitable media forms without verified approval and purchase.. You may repost artwork on any social media platform with proper credit and a link back.. You MAY NOT remove any watermark or alter the image in any way that differentiates it from my original work.♡ RIGHTS OF THE ARTIST ♡. I reserve the right to post your finished artwork on social media and further platforms if I choose to do so, unless asked by the client to withhold beforehand.. I have the right to decline any request or commission that I do not wish to take on, even after a request form has been submitted.. I reserve the right to cancel a commission if any ill behavior were to occur with a 50% refund.♡ OTHERS ♡. You can track your commission by using my Trello (link will be provided in email or on my carrd). The Status of commissions is to be regularly recorded and updated throughout the process.. My T.O.S is subject to change at any point in time, especially if certain issues were to occur..
